Try something different: UFC Championship

These past few months I am been in a runt in my health and fitness.  I started Hammer & Chisel and lost more weight, but afterwards work stress started to catch up with me.  I have not been in the mood to workout, keep up with meal plan and eat healthy.  I feel like all I want is to be alone.  I feel stressed out =(  I love my family but I just want my me time. Then I get the comments about how I dont look good.  I look better fat.  I guess I lost too much weight too fast.  Then again this past week I have not been feeling good. So I use to go to the gym.  I was a member of 24 Hour Fitness when I first was trying to lose weight.  I cancelled this membership and signed up for UFC, but as a new mom and working full time, this gym did not work for me.  I started to workout at home with Beachbody programs.  They were very convenient and help me lose the weight.   I use to work out at 5AM, then got ready and dropped off my daughter to daycare.  Now that I am a charge nurse and wo

I enjoyed weight lifting with Sagi in Body Beast and Autumn with 21 day fix and 21 day fix extreme so when I heard that they collaborated and made a program together I could not wait to try it!!! H&C program has 12 different workouts about, 30-40 minutes long and incorporates stabilization, strength and power.  It comes with 21 day fix colored containers with expanded food list and more recipes, no repeats if you have their previous programs.   January 11, 2016 before H&C Weight 141 Chest 34 Arm  11 right 11 left  Waist 29 Hips 34  legs 19 right 19 left March 21, 2015 after  H&C Weight 130 Chest 33.5 Arm  10 3/4 left 11? Right  Waist 28.5 Hips 33.5 legs 18.5 right 18.5 left This program reminded me of p90x3.  I still enjoy doing the weight lifting part.  I realize I hate endurance training 😳  

2016 Great Aloha Run

So I did not get to run the GAR 😐 because baby girl kept trying to get out of her stroller.  She was wanted to run too!! We had a good time.  Well I will admit, I was not training as much as I like to.

Try something different: aerial yoga

Here are s ome pictures of my free session of aerial yoga at Samadhi Hawaii .  I want to say t hanks to  Yelp Elite Hawaii for this awesome opportunity .  It is awesome to be Yelp Elite because you get i nvited to free events and food !!! So today I learned to hang upside down on a silk rope today, super fun great core workout.  Was so much fun, it reminded of my childhood times hanging upside down

Weight Loss Update January 2016

2015 was a rough fitness time for me.  I stated my new career as a clinic nurse and feel like my weight loss has plateau.  I would love to be 125, but my body seems to like being 135.  So I need to just keep up with working out and eating healthy. I was doing bodybuilding.com workouts to get variety.  I tried Ashley Conrad's 21 day Clutch Cut , Erin Stern's Elite Body , and Chassidy Smother's Beyond Basic Training .  I enjoyed all these workouts and got more comfortable with lifting weights.  I was practicing paleo on most days.   How do you accomplish new year's resolution?  Set your goals, set a due date, plan your steps, do it, keep accountable and reflect!!! 2016 goals are set thanks to  @chalenejohnson Push.  Will keep up with food logging and workout planning. I am going to be aware of my carbs and food intake, but wont be strict paleo.  I want to keep up with weight training. Since its GAR time I will need to get my runs in,  Tryin
