Weight Loss Update December 2014


Merry Christmas here is a 1 year comparison

My weight loss update:  lost 54 pounds so far and starting to lift some weights. It has been a fantastic journey watching my body go through the changes.  I get my bad eating and lazy day, but it does come down to keeping up with healthy eating habits and scheduling the workouts!!!! Trust in the process and commit to it.  It  will take some time but if you want to change then you have to keep at it!!!
