I met some amazing new friends. I’ve followed a few of these ladies on Instagram and I was finally was able to meet them in person for the first Oahu Keto Meetup . This meet up was hosted by Arlene @selflovehawaii , Krystal @k3to.krysnica and Amy @808keto at Dickey’s BBQ Pit at Kapolei, Hawaii. We were able to get to know everyone’s why they started keto and their success, all while eating good bbq food! Then we got to taste Keto goodies and take home some goodies!
