I’m back into my size 4 shorts.  I’ve been a size 12 then I lost 50 pounds with clean eating, portions control and lots of exercise.  I felt super restricted and unsatisfied.  I gained some weight back, but losing weight this time around has been easier with meal prep and keto!  I never feel deprive, you just need to be creative!  It’s crazy how just changing your diet and mindset can make a big difference!  My goal was never to be skinny!  It’s to be a healthy mama for my little ones!

I was able to attend Windward Keto Meetup hosted by @kealohas_journey .  She did an amazing job!  So happy to be here, see old friends, meet new friends, try awesome keto goodies, win awesome keto prizes and take home more keto goodies.  Check out @808alohasquad_meetups for future meet ups!
