I’m back into my size 4 shorts. I’ve been a size 12 then I lost 50 pounds with clean eating, portions control and lots of exercise. I felt super restricted and unsatisfied. I gained some weight back, but losing weight this time around has been easier with meal prep and keto! I never feel deprive, you just need to be creative! It’s crazy how just changing your diet and mindset can make a big difference! My goal was never to be skinny! It’s to be a healthy mama for my little ones!
