I did another round (8 miles) of the the Great Aloha run with my daughter. This is my 5 year doing the GAR! I did not trained as much as I like. I normally do training after holiday to get rid of the holiday fat. It was fun to get out and do it, but I told myself I need to keep up with running this year to help my maintained my weight. I have not been working out as much as I like too.
Because of my goals to run more I decided to keep motivated by signing up for the Honolulu Marathon. Yes call me crazy! Can I actually do this 26 mile run? Well I did a 16 mile hike once. Why not 😝😝
